Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to oversee the design and delivery of civil infrastructure for a major new-build project at the Sellafield site.

You will plan design scopes, manage delivery schedules, lead a team of engineers, develop 3D models and drawings, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and project standards. Chartered status is preferred; nuclear experience is desirable, and collaboration across disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• A civil or structural engineering degree, chartered status preferred.
• Proven extensive civil design experience including highways, drainage, earthworks and underground services.
• Experience in regulated environments or industrial sectors; nuclear experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of civil infrastructure for a major project.
• Plan design scopes and manage delivery schedules.
• Lead a team of engineers and designers and coordinate cross-discipline work.
• Develop 3D models and detailed drawings and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
