Job summary

Millbank Holdings is seeking a Chartered Engineer to lead multidisciplinary CS&A teams on major nuclear and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on delivering civil, structural and architectural design within a highly regulated environment.

You will coordinate with delivery partners, manage stakeholder interfaces, and drive design substantiation, risk mitigation and milestones across multiple offices in the UK.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with strong leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering civil, structural and architectural design in regulated industries.
• Experience in nuclear sector preferred.
• Experience coordinating delivery partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage design substantiation and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead CS&A engineers and architects to deliver civil, structural and architectural design.
• Manage interfaces with delivery partners and design team.
• Drive substantiation, approvals, and risk mitigation.
• Define schedules, milestones, and deliverables (drawings, reports, BIM).
