Job summary

CareTech ROC Northwest in Lancashire is seeking a Registered Manager for a 5-bed home for children aged 8–18 with complex needs. You will lead care plans, drive quality standards and manage a dynamic team within our supportive leadership framework.

The role requires at least 2 years in residential care management, Level 3/4 in relevant childcare, and a current UK driving licence. A competitive salary and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential care management.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Understanding of Ofsted and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive care plans addressing education, social, emotional and health needs.
• Build and lead a high-performing team for the home.
• Lead recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure governance, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with parents, carers and professionals to safeguard young people.
