Job summary

YourCare (North West) is a family-run organisation seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead one of our children''s homes with outstanding care and strong staff leadership. You will ensure full regulatory compliance and act as the main contact for professionals, families and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing or deputising in a children's residential setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Confident, consistent, and child-focused leadership style.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Role
