Job summary

Entrust Resource Solutions is seeking a Senior Chemical Process Engineer for a permanent role in Staffordshire. The role combines hands-on process engineering with production output responsibilities, leading a small team of engineers across process, maintenance, and production.

You will understand current processes and equipment, driving development of new or improved processes while solving plant problems with a focus on root cause analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers in process/opex improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret process data and KPI metrics.
• Strong problem solving and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of process, maintenance and production engineers.
• Understand current processes/equipment and develop improved processes.
• Solve plant problems with focus on root cause analyses.
• Supervise and optimize maintenance strategies.
• Interpret KPI/process data and develop statistical tools.
• Attend ad-hoc out-of-hours call outs to rectify issues.
