Job summary

ENTRUST PEOPLE LIMITED seeks a Senior Chemical Process Engineer in a permanent role in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will lead a small team responsible for both chemical processing and production output engineering activities, driving process improvements and problem solving.

You will supervise maintenance strategies, analyze KPI data, and develop statistical tools while being ready for ad-hoc out-of-hours call outs to ensure plant reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Applicants invited with a BEng or Meng in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading engineers across process, maintenance and production.
• Willingness to attend ad-hoc out-of-hours call outs from Staffordshire area.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers (process, maintenance and production).
• Understand current processes/equipment and develop improved processes.
• Solve plant problems with root cause analyses.
• Supervise and optimize plant maintenance strategies.
• Interpret KPI/process data and develop statistical tools.
• Attend ad-hoc out-of-hours call outs to rectify technical problems.
