Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef Manager or senior chef.
• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Contract catering or education catering experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality meals.
• Leading, motivating and supporting the kitchen team.
• Following menus, recipes and catering requirements.
• Managing stock, ordering and minimising food waste.
