Berkeley Scott is recruiting for a Chef Manager to lead school and contract catering operations in Wolverhampton. You will manage the kitchen, lead a team and ensure high-quality, fresh meals while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

The role suits an experienced Chef Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef or Senior Chef with a passion for education catering and contract catering environments. You’ll work with schools and caterers to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills required for managing a kitchen and team.
• Experience running a kitchen in a contract/education catering setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and allergen procedures essential.
