Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced catering operations manager to lead a site team. Shifts are 7am to 3:30pm, and you will work with the team to create seasonal menus for the site and events, while ensuring the client’s needs and all legal and company requirements are met daily.

You will train staff, recruit when needed, manage budgets, build vendor relationships for best prices, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing contract catering operations and teams.
• Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor and motivate.
• Excellent client and staff relationship building; fast-paced adaptivity.

Responsibilities

• Create seasonal menus with the team for site events and visitors.
• Oversee staff to meet client needs and comply with legal requirements.
• Train team on menus, procedures, safety and regulations.
• Manage budgets for food, equipment and staffing.
