Taste Hospitality Recruitment Limited is seeking a Head Chef for a stunning country inn in Snowdonia. You will lead a busy fresh food kitchen, inspiring your brigade to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will manage all kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, control stock and food costs, and ensure strict hygiene standards while mentoring junior chefs. This Wales-based role offers autonomy and clear career progression within a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in a fresh food kitchen.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage food costs and GP.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety legislation.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen brigade and maintain high standards.
• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Produce seasonal, fresh food to high standards.
• Manage stock, ordering, GP, and food costs.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety legislation.
• Train and mentor junior chefs.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop the food offering.
