Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a kitchen environment at a similar level.
• Track record of working in excellent catering establishments.
• Outstanding cookery and purchasing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Chefs and Kitchen Team.
• Ensure excellent dining experience and maintain food purchasing.
• Support sustainability and adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
