Taste Hospitality Recruitment Limited is seeking a Head Chef for a stunning country inn in Snowdonia. You will lead a busy fresh food kitchen, inspiring your brigade to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will manage all kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, control stock and food costs, and ensure strict hygiene standards while mentoring junior chefs. This Wales-based role offers autonomy and clear career progression within a growing hospitality group.

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading your team while ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and operational standards.

As Head Chef you will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen brigade
• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations
• Produce seasonal, fresh food to consistently high standards
• Manage stock, ordering, GP, and food costs
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety legislation
• Train and mentor junior chefs
• Work closely with senior management to continually develop the food offering
