Pale Hall is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Bryntirion Inn in Wales. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage stock and costs, ensure food quality and safety, and mentor the kitchen team to deliver exceptional menus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or equivalent leadership role.
• Confident leader with excellent organisational skills.
• Passion for producing outstanding food.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Strong understanding of kitchen management, allergen awareness and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team.
• Manage stock and ordering and control food costs.
