LADbible Group seeks a Lead Channel Manager to own Tier 1 creator channels across YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat. You will lead day-to-day strategy, drive growth and revenue, and support a team of Channel Managers to maximise audience engagement and monetisation.

You’ll work in a blended office model with London, Manchester and international offices in mind, applying a data-driven approach to shape content formats and distribution across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing and growing large-scale video channels.
• Knowledge of YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite and Snapchat CMS.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Understanding of licensing and rights management is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day strategy and optimization for Tier 1 channels across platforms.
• Monitor revenue, watch time, engagement, retention and audience growth.
• Respond to platform algorithm changes and monetisation products.
• Coach and support junior Channel Managers.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into action.
• Ensure rights-cleared, monetisable content.
