Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in the United Kingdom seeks a YouTube Channel Manager to lead the strategy for our YouTube channel, potentially guiding an external agency. You will collaborate with Talent, Social, Campaign and Loyalty teams to ensure content is elevated and commercially driven.

You will manage a team, oversee production, and optimise uploads from titles to thumbnails, while tracking performance with YouTube Analytics to drive brand growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in ecommerce with managerial and YouTube marketing experience.
• Data-driven with influencer analytics experience.
• Experience managing individuals and agencies.
• Strong project management and multi-project delivery.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Analytics, and influencer reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive YouTube channel strategy with internal teams and external agencies.
• Monitor channel metrics and optimise content pipeline.
• Lead line management for the JD YouTube team.
• Oversee end-to-end upload process: titles, tags, thumbnails.
• Engage with viewers and manage community interactions.
• Collaborate with Talent, Social, Campaign, Loyalty teams.
• Coordinate shoots and YouTube campaigns, including external events.
