LADbible Group is seeking a Lead Channel Manager to own Tier 1 creator channels across YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat. You will lead day-to-day strategy, optimise performance and grow revenue for top talent, while guiding a team of Channel Managers across the creator roster.

You'll bring a data-driven mindset, spot what works, test new formats and translate insights into clear plans that drive revenue, retention and subscriber growth for creators.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing and growing large-scale video channels within a major digital publisher, MCN or creator agency.
• Ability to interpret data, identify meaningful trends and translate analytics into execution plans.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Understanding of licensing and IP protection on social platforms is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day running, scheduling and strategic direction of content across Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and other relevant platforms for Tier 1 accounts.
• Monitor and optimise revenue, watch time, engagement, retention and audience growth.
• Coach and support junior Channel Managers through regular feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Analyse platform performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
