Job summary

High Performance in London is seeking a YouTube Channel Manager to own day-to-day operations across multiple shows, working with the YouTube lead to implement growth strategies, packaging, back-end optimization and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing YouTube channels, a strong toolkit (Premiere Pro, Photoshop), SEO optimisation, and the ability to brief and collaborate with producers and designers to maximise reach.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels.
Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms and metadata optimisation.
Competency in video and image editing software.
Strong SEO understanding and copywriting for click-worthy titles and descriptions.
Test-and-measure mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day channel management across High Performance portfolio.
Drive audience growth through new and archive content with producers and the YouTube Lead.
Analyse YouTube Analytics to identify trends and report insights to the team.
Lead packaging tests for titles and thumbnails to boost CTR and engagement.
Collaborate on data-led testing frameworks and new feature trials.
