Job description

Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content-span editorial, video, documentary and live - we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we have rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.

About the Team

Our Creator Program sits within CONTENTbible and partners with a roster of leading UK and US creators to grow their channels, audience and revenue. We generate over 1 billion organic views a month for Creators. We use LADbible's audience insight and platform expertise to drive long-term channel health. The roster has grown rapidly over the past year, and the Program is central to LADbible's creator-led growth strategy and its pipeline into new IP.

About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Channel Manager to own our Tier 1 creator channels across YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat. You'll lead the day-to-day strategy, optimisation and growth for some of our biggest talent, help shape how the Program scales, and support a team of Channel Managers across the wider creator roster.

You'll bring a curious and data-driven mindset to the role. You'll spot what's working, try new formats and push boundaries, turning those insights into clear plans that drive revenue, retention and subscriber growth for our creators. As their go-to contact, you'll build strong relationships and share the insights that help them grow their audiences.

What the opportunity looks like
  • Lead the day-to-day running, scheduling and strategic direction of content across Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and other relevant platforms for our Tier 1 accounts.
  • Monitor and optimise revenue, watch time, engagement, retention and audience growth. Developing strategies that drive consistent performance across Tier 1 accounts.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in platform algorithms, monetisation products, community guidelines and emerging platforms.
  • Coach and support junior Channel Managers through regular feedback, knowledge sharing and quality control, ensuring consistent delivery across the wider portfolio.
  • Be a key contributor to the growth strategy for Tier 1 accounts and lead testing across content formats, thumbnails, metadata, publishing schedules and emerging platform features to identify scalable best practice.
  • Analyse each platform’s performance and channel-health data, turning insights into actionable recommendations that improve audience growth, content performance and revenue. Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure all published content is fully rights-cleared, monetisable and compliant with platform copyright policies, community guidelines and music-licensing frameworks. Support the monitoring and protection of managed content to minimise rights and monetisation risks.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing large-scale video channels across platform within a major digital publisher, MCN or creator agency.
  • Deep technical and strategic knowledge of YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite and Snapchat's CMS, including platform algorithms, monetisation products and audience-development tools.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify meaningful trends and translate analytics into clear execution plans.
  • An understanding of content licensing, digital rights management tools such as Content ID and Rights Manager, and intellectual-property protection on social platforms is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience managing a team / mentoring junior team members.
