Radis Community Care is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the Stirchley House Extra Care scheme in Telford. You will supervise care workers, schedule visits, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support for our service users.

The role involves assisting with medication and personal care, coordinating teams, and maintaining strong community links. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, with a pathway to Level 3, and a DBS check is mandatory.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to meet clients' needs.
• Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
• Driving licence with access to a vehicle is advantageous; some travel may be required.
