Job summary

Radis Community Care in Newton-le-Willows is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Extra Care Scheme at Heald Farm Court. You will supervise care workers, coordinate visits, and ensure personalised, high-quality support for service users.

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, with a willingness to progress to Level 3. Excellent written and verbal communication are essential; driving license is advantageous as some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, with a willingness to progress to Level 3.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Previous team leadership experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to meet clients’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting supervisions, meetings, and providing support to the Care Workers.
• Scheduling and allocating work to ensure personalized care for each client.
