Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a Team Leader for the Extra Care Scheme - Heald Farm Court in Newton-le-Willows, North West England. The role involves supervising care teams, organising visits, and ensuring personalised support for service users in their own homes.

The position offers a competitive salary based on a 37-hour contract, a structured induction, and opportunities for career progression. A driving license and DBS check are desirable as some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care required, with aim to progress to Level 3.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to meet clients’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervision meetings and provide support to Care Workers.
• Schedule and allocate work to ensure personalised care for each client.
• Assist with medication and personal care tasks.
• Offer support within the community.
