Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Team Leader for our Extra Care Scheme at Heald Farm Court, Newton-Le-Willows. You will oversee care staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure tailored support for a diverse range of clients, from elderly to those with disabilities.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead care teams and supervise staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct supervisions and meetings, providing support to Care Workers.
• Schedule and allocate work to ensure personalised client care.
• Assist with medication and personal care tasks where required.
• Provide community-based support to service users.
