Job summary

Radis Community Care in Newton-Le-Willows is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our Extra Care Scheme at Heald Farm Court. You will oversee care delivery, supervise care workers, and ensure compliant, person-centred support.

You will coordinate visits, assist with medication, and work to maintain high-quality services in the community, with a focus on tailoring plans to each service user.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, with a desire to progress to Level 3.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to meet clients' needs and expectations.
• Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conducting supervisions, meetings, and providing support to the Care Workers.
• Scheduling and allocating work to ensure personalised care for each client.
