Radis Community Care in Telford is seeking a Team Leader to oversee care staff at Stirchley House Extra Care scheme. You will supervise care workers, schedule work, assist with medication and personal care, and support residents in the community.

About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing specialized support to individuals in our extra care complex. At Radis, we recognize each person as an individual, tailoring our services to their specific needs and maintaining a consistent approach throughout their lives.

Your responsibilities will include:
