Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior care or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using IT systems for documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of care planning processes and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Full UK Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the care provided in supported tenancies.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and their families.
• Monitor the health and well-being of residents, including medication management.
• Oversee daily activities and ensure a safe environment for residents.
• Provide guidance and support to care staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for best care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
