Job summary

Lifeways in St Helens is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support the Service Manager in overseeing our supported living services.

You will lead a team of Support Workers, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, support recruitment and staff development, and maintain accurate records using digital systems. This role offers development opportunities and regular supervision within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills are essential.
