Job summary

Caffè Nero is looking for a Shift Leader to oversee store operations, guide the team, and deliver fantastic service. You’ll lead by example, craft coffee and seasonal drinks, and ensure a personalised experience for each customer.

You’ll receive comprehensive training with no coffee experience required, plus opportunities to grow your career and access great staff benefits. This role is on-site in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Team Leader preferred.
• Brilliant training with no coffee experience required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and set a positive example for the team.
• Make coffee, matcha, and seasonal drinks to order.
• Provide excellent in-store and delivery service with personalised experiences.
• Keep customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, and well organised.
