Job summary

Caffè Nero is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store shifts, guide the team and ensure superb customer experiences. You’ll lead by example, make great drinks, and maintain a safe, clean environment. The role offers extensive training and opportunities to grow within the company.

Starter rate in this location is £12.76 per hour, rising to £12.91 with service. Full training is provided, and there are substantial staff discounts and bonus schemes available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supervisor or Team Leader role preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store shift and coach the team by example.
• Deliver high-quality coffee, tea and seasonal drinks to customers.
• Provide excellent in-store and delivery service with personalised experience.
• Maintain clean, safe and well-organised customer areas and back-of-house.
