Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst Team Leader to guide and grow the BA function, ensuring delivery of complex, strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, product teams and technical specialists to shape solutions across systems, data and processes.

You will champion best practices in analysis, drive continuous improvement, and coach analysts to build capability and ensure high-quality requirements, traceability and value

Qualifications

Proven leader of high-performing BA teams.
Extensive experience in business analysis and requirements engineering.
Skilled at influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Familiar with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
Strong data analysis and API integration interpretation.
Ability to create clear business, technical and data requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the BA team across projects.
Define and manage business requirements aligned to objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product and technical teams.
