Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Lead Business Analyst in Cardiff, operating hybrid, to lead a BA team and drive key programmes across technology change. You will shape business priorities, gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategy, working with senior leaders and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management and delivery of business cases and investment papers within enterprise programmes.

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst.

Lead Business Analyst - Cardiff (Hybrid) - £81,700 + Benefits

A well-established organisation delivering critical services across the UK is looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join its technology change function.

This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery and stakeholder engagement. You'll play a pivotal role shaping major programmes of work before they enter delivery, ensuring technology investments align with business priorities and long-term strategic objectives.

Working alongside Programme Managers, Solution Architects and senior business leaders, you'll help define future change initiatives while leading a small team of Business Analysts.
