Job summary

The Crown Prosecution Service is recruiting a Lead Business Analyst to lead the business analysis team across England and Wales. You will translate complex user, business and policy needs into clear requirements that support design, development, testing and delivery.

You will mentor analysts, influence senior stakeholders and work in multidisciplinary agile teams to understand and solve complex problems, driving improvements across multiple services.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead business analysis activity in complex organisations across people, processes, information, data, technology and policy.
• Experience capturing, defining and managing business needs and requirements.
• Confidence with business modelling, process improvement, options analysis and impact assessment techniques.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, working in multidisciplinary agile teams, and mentoring business analysts.
