Job summary

Companies House is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join the Business Analysis team. The role focuses on identifying, analysing and delivering requirements for service teams in an Agile Scrum environment.

You will mentor and coach colleagues, oversee senior business analysts and drive change. A BCs Diploma and SC clearance are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is essential.
• Security Clearance (SC) is an essential requirement; UK residence in the last 5 years is needed.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team!

The role is key in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for our service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum framework.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a passion for driving change, who can use their business analysis skills and expertise to coach and mentor others.

For this role, you will:

• Have expert Business Analysis skills.
• Be required to lead and coach others to increase professionalism.
• Be a confident communicator, able to clearly describe complex concepts to stakeholders across the organisation.

Person specification

We're looking for the following experience and technical skills, which will be assessed at sift and at interview.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in contributing to delivery plans to support strategic aims.
• Has experience of working on business/service improvements.
• Has experience of mapping business processes and systems modelling including skills to mentor others in business modelling.
• Can build good relationships with business teams.
• Has experience of discussing requirements with diverse user groups to establish deliverables.
• Will be a role model to define, drive and support change.
• Has experience of leading or managing business analysts.

Qualifications

BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis. ***You'll need to provide your certificate and candidate numbers as evidence of this***
