Job summary

Hippo, a Leeds-based digital consultancy, seeks a Lead Business Analyst to drive complex service design and delivery across public and private sectors. You will mentor BAs, collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Managers, and guide teams through challenging requirements to create user-centered digital solutions.

This role emphasizes growth at the Lead level, with a clear progression path and a competitive salary band.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead how teams think about problems and gather requirements across services.
Experience guiding project requirements and stakeholder conversations.
Coaching other Business Analysts to design user-centered solutions.
Expertise in visual tools (modelling) to map processes and improvements.
Experience focusing on client needs to deliver multi-product solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops with teams and stakeholders to agree on goals and solutions.
Take the lead in investigating complex challenges and determine the best approaches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Directly manage, coach, and support other Business Analysts.
Plan with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to track work.
Shape Hippo's BA community by sharing ideas and contributing to blogs or events.
