Job summary

Hippo Digital Limited is seeking a Principal Business Analyst (Identity) to lead Identity discovery, assessment and delivery for diverse public and private sector clients. You will shape service direction, manage scope and backlogs, and build trusted relationships with senior executives.

You will mentor other BAs, help grow Hippo’s Identity practice, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable digital services powered by data and design.

Qualifications

• Deep Domain Knowledge: Strong practical experience in IAM, digital identity, architectures, and industry acronyms to guide requirements and product decisions.
• Identity Types: Covered across customer, workforce, and non-human identity (including Agentic AI).
• Security Methods and Patterns: Verifiable authentication protocols and zero-trust patterns like MFA, RBAC/ABAC, JML, IGA, SSO/Federation.
• Vendor Platforms: Familiar with major identity tools (Okta, Ping, SailPoint, iProov, Entrust, OneLogin) and cloud capabilities (Microsoft Entra, AWS, Google).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis across Identity discovery, assessment, and delivery with senior clients.
• Shape product direction, manage high-level scope, backlogs, risks, and delivery approaches.
• Mediates senior stakeholders and guides teams to clear options and outcomes.
• Support bids, RFPs, and pre-build assessments requiring Identity knowledge.
• Mentor BAs and grow Hippo’s Identity capability.
