Job summary

Hippo Digital is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and execute recruitment strategy across key portfolios from our Leeds base. This senior, hands-on role combines portfolio leadership with direct delivery of hard-to-fill, senior appointments, aligning with hiring managers and profession leaders.

You will mentor the Talent Acquisition Partner, build proactive pipelines, champion inclusive assessment, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while navigating a fast-paced consultancy

Qualifications

• Significant end-to-end recruitment experience for senior and specialist roles.
• Strong knowledge of relevant talent markets (engineering, data, UX, product).
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders on salaries, timelines and risk.
• Proven direct-sourcing and proactive pipeline development.
• Experience in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment outcomes across a portfolio with leadership duties.
• Translate workforce demand into a prioritised recruitment plan.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical, senior roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines.
• Coach and guide the Talent Acquisition Partner on portfolio delivery.
• Ensure inclusive and structured assessment processes.
• Maintain engaging candidate experience.
