Job summary

Arcadis in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced BIM professional to lead delivery on large-scale projects within our Places team in Leeds. You will drive BIM strategy, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure standards compliance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires practical knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM processes, and effective communication with clients and Project Managers. You will shape information management and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading project delivery in a BIM environment.
• Experience implementing BIM accreditation/certification (ISO 19650) in a business setting.
• Experience establishing and managing ISO 19650-compliant processes on projects.
• Ability to train and support team members in BIM processes, protocols, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with the Project Manager and with the client to ensure there is effective communication of progress and changes, as well as the resolution of issues.
• Manage the BIM process supported by the necessary tools in large scale projects, including multi-stakeholders
• Provide input to the development of the companies BIM policies and strategies related to BIM
• Implement and ensure compliance with companies BIM policies and strategies within the team
• Support the BIM Lead in adapting and refining strategies related to information management, quality assurance, process optimization, and HR management to facilitate effective BIM implementation.
• Ensure compliance with Arcadis drafting and BIM standards and national drafting and BIM standards throughout all projects
• Continuous review of the optimal BIM related software and develop business cases for new investments
