GAIL’s Bread is seeking a Head Baker to lead and train a team, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. You will bake items for displays, know our products inside out, and take charge with clear communication from early shifts starting around 5:30am. The role offers development opportunities and a supportive working environment.

You will be responsible for mentoring staff, maintaining food safety, and delivering consistently high-quality bread and cakes across bakery locations.
