Job summary

GAIL’s Bread in London is seeking Head Bakers who bring passion for training and leadership. You will run bakery teams, prove and bake items for attractive displays, and ensure recipes and products meet our high standards.

You’ll start early (around 5:30am–6:30am) and be a positive role model who communicates clearly. The role offers extensive benefits and development opportunities within the GAIL’s family.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bakery teams.
• Strong food safety knowledge.
• Able to work early shifts.
