Job summary

GAIL’s Bread is seeking a Head Baker who is passionate about training and developing others, taking charge and being a positive role model. You’ll lead a bakery team, stay organised, and communicate clearly to ensure our fresh bread, cakes and displays meet high standards while maintaining food safety.

Qualifications

• Head Bakers required to lead and develop others, take charge and act as a positive role model.
• Be organised and communicate clearly to maximise team potential and maintain high standards.
