GAIL’s Bread in Greater London is seeking a Head Baker who can lead a bakery, train teams and uphold exceptional food safety and quality.

You'll start early (roughly 5:30am–6:30am) to prove and bake items for our displays, know our recipes inside out, and inspire others with clear communication and decisive leadership. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for progression within the GAIL’s family.
