Job summary

CreateFuture is seeking a hands-on Lead engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and evolution of the AWS-based platform. You will balance deep technical work with team leadership, translate platform priorities into a clear roadmap, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

You'll design and build platform capabilities, assess current work, and partner with architects to turn requirements into auditable tasks.
