AND Digital is hiring a Principal Platform Engineer to shape and scale our cloud platform across architecture, reliability, and developer enablement. You will lead complex platform initiatives, drive self-service tooling, and establish standards that reduce friction and accelerate software delivery.

You will mentor engineers, promote automation, and partner with senior stakeholders to define platform strategy while maintaining security and governance.

Qualifications

• Designing and operating internal developer platforms at scale.
• Building reusable platform services and self-service tooling.
• Applying platform-as-a-product to improve developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the AWS cloud platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient platform capabilities and self-service tooling.
• Drive automation across infrastructure, delivery, and platform management.
• Promote standards and best practices across engineering teams.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and performance.
• Lead complex platform initiatives from discovery to adoption.
