🚀 Lead Software Engineer - Performance, Scalability & Reliability (AWS) |

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to take ownership of non-functional requirements for one of our most critical platforms, supporting millions of transactions daily and high-value revenue streams.

You’ll define, develop, and enforce standards for:

• Performance, scalability, and reliability
• Observability, capacity planning, and resilience
• Cloud architecture and cost-efficient scaling (mostly AWS)
• Automated performance validation integrated into CI/CD pipelines

About you

• Expert in full-stack, performance, and reliability engineering
• Proven development experience with Node OR Python architecting and building performant systems
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and how design choices impact throughput, latency, and scaling
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust, k6)
• Comfortable influencing architectural decisions with evidence-backed recommendations
