Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for a vibrant hospitality and bowling centre. You will lead frontline teams, coach on shift, uphold high service standards, and ensure a safe, fun environment for guests.

In this hands-on role you’ll support the General Manager across front and back of house, drive financial targets, and contribute to exciting growth plans. A passion for customer service and a proven track record managing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve months’ management experience in a fast paced, customer-facing environment
• Be passionate about customer service
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
• Be willing to work nights and weekends
• Ambition for success

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to deliver excellent service
• Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers
• Be hands on across all areas of the busy centre
• Support the General Manager with back of house duties and run front of house operations
• Deliver financial targets and service standards
