Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Head of Engineering for Agentic AI Systems to lead a flagship AI enablement function in a fast-paced retail tech environment. You will architect scalable AI agents, orchestrate LLM workflows, and partner with senior leaders to embed intelligent systems across platforms.

You will shape roadmaps, drive delivery, and cultivate a high-performance team focused on safety, reliability, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high‑performing engineering teams delivering complex AI systems.
• Strong background in AI/ML, LLMs, or agentic AI with scalable production design.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders across domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary AI engineering team across domains.
• Define and deliver agentic AI roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Embed AI workflows, LLM integrations, and AI tooling best practices.
• Drive rapid iteration, reliability, and measurable business impact.
• Partner with Product, Fashion, Supply Chain, Finance, and Tech leaders.
• Ensure scalable, secure, observable, cost-efficient AI systems.
