Job summary

IFS is building the next generation of AI-native enterprise software that helps large organisations manage assets, operations and critical services. We are seeking engineers who are passionate about production AI systems and who can ship AI-powered products at enterprise scale.

This role requires demonstrable hands-on experience designing, building and shipping production AI applications, including building AI-powered features, data pipelines and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production AI systems.
• Ability to ship production AI applications across frontend, backend and APIs.
• Experience embedding with customers and working on enterprise-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand their operation and data.
• Lead technical discovery and identify bottlenecks.
• Design and ship full lifecycle features across frontend and backend.
• Build or extend APIs and event-driven services for IFS Cloud and customer systems.
• Understand AI service catalog and reuse where possible.
• Gather requirements and co-create with owning engineering teams.
• Ensure observability, reliability and production-grade quality.
