Job summary

IFS is building the next generation of AI-native enterprise software, transforming how assets and services are managed at scale. We seek a Lead/Senior Software Engineer to design, build and evolve modern enterprise software with enterprise AI capabilities.

You will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product and Design to deliver scalable, secure solutions while applying AI thoughtfully for real customer value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building and shipping production AI applications.
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise software with real customer value.
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve scalable, secure enterprise software with AI capabilities.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers across squads.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver value at scale.
• Apply responsible AI practices including governance and observability.
• Architect distributed systems, microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Drive engineering excellence and high-quality software delivery.
