Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building and shipping production AI applications.
• Proven track record delivering AI systems with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows.
• Strong background in distributed systems, API design and security.
• Ability to design enterprise integrations across apps, data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build MCP servers exposing capabilities to agents with safe PM controls.
• Create write paths for agents to modify operational data safely.
• Develop semantic layer and knowledge graph over the product domain.
• Construct skills layer mapping requests to operations with routing.
• Build a secure control plane including authentication and entitlements.
• Develop evaluation harness to certify agent behaviour against real product.
• Prototype rapidly to validate technology and customer opportunities.
• Establish engineering practices: testing, observability, governance and security.
