Job summary

IFS is seeking a Lead/Senior Software Engineer to design and ship AI-native applications for Enterprise Asset Management. You will work on production-grade AI workflows, applying DDD and event-driven patterns to build scalable cloud-native systems.

You will mentor engineers, drive engineering excellence, and collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable software with measurable business value. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing and shipping production AI-enabled software with strong DDD and bounded contexts.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and systems, not just tooling like ChatGPT or Copilot.
• Ability to define domain models and specifications to drive software design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex enterprise problems using DDD and event-driven patterns.
• Design, build and ship production AI-native applications with scalable architectures.
• Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers and ensure security, reliability and performance.
