Job summary

- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with S&OP processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Experience in aerospace/regulated manufacturing is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Planning team.
- Translate customer demand into achievable production plans.
- Balance demand, capacity and material availability.
- Drive schedule adherence and delivery performance.
- Support S&OP and wider planning activities.
- Identify risks, constraints and recovery actions.
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and systems.
